Riding the Trails

This area includes everything in the Central Coast and Southern California.

Cherry Canyon - A short (~3 mile) loop hidden in La Canada. There is some very technical riding in such a small spot.

Cheeseboro - My favorite ride in the Los Angeles area. I drove from Pasadena to here frequently to get in a nice ride. Plenty of riding, and you can make your own ride--depending on how hard or easy you want the ride.

Malibu Creek - Another riding area not too far from Cheeseboro, with an old M*A*S*H* set to check out.

Montana de Oro - A great ride in San Luis Obispo with some killer views of Morro Rock. Better winter riding than summer because of how sandy it is.

Mount Waterman - 34 miles north of La Canada-Flintridge, there is a ski lift. I'm not sure how often it's open during the winter, but there is some fun downhills you can take there in the summer if they're open.
